Some families are receiving billing statements from CWI for fall dual credit classes taken at VCS. As long as the student requested funding through Advanced Opportunities, the class will be paid for through their individual accounts (remedial classes or repeat classes are not able to be funded through Advanced Opportunities). If a student is unsure if funding was requested, s/he can review courses in Advanced Opportunities. http://www.sde.idaho.gov/student-engagement/advanced-ops/
The window has closed for students to request funding. Those who missed the deadline will have their funding entered by Dr. Dowski or Mrs. Clark at the will of the college's approval. Interested in engineering? Computer software? Plumbing? Technician? and more?
Micron opens its doors to Treasure Valley students for two days of job shadowing opportunities in a myriad of careers. We have a maximum of ten students who can go-- and this year, we will provide transportation from VCS to Micron!
